Richard has been entertaining at the piano since he was 5 years old, when his parents purchased a used Kohler & Campbell upright at an auction for $6.25. He has earned his music degree from West Chester University, and has studied the piano with Mary Halsey, Phyllis Beam, Robert Bedford, Miriam Gottlieb, and Anne Brown.
